Shop Manager - Michael

Michael brings years of experience to Highline as the Store Manager. He's a competitive shooter in USPSA, PRS, and 3-Gun, with a passion for firearms training. As a certified instructor for both the USCCA and NRA, Michael loves helping others improve their skills. His favorite firearm? The reliable Smith & Wesson M&P. Whether on the range or behind the counter, Michael’s knowledge and expertise are second to none!

Assistant Manager/Laser Operator/Social Media - Scott

Scott has been with us since June 2023 and has quickly made his mark as a versatile member of our team. In addition to serving as the assistant manager, he specializes in custom laser work and manages our social media presence. He takes great pride in bringing clients' ideas for firearms and accessories to life through his creative laser projects.

Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his dog, Sasha, hitting the local shooting range, and pursuing his passion for photography. His diverse skills and interests contribute to a vibrant and dynamic atmosphere at our organization.

Sales Associate - Felipe

Felipe joined our team in April 2024 and has quickly become a valued member, sharing his passion for firearms and a love for hunting with family. He is dedicated to expanding his knowledge of everything related to firearms, ensuring he brings expertise and insight to his role.

Outside of work, Felipe enjoys quality time with his family and loves to ride his motorcycle whenever the weather allows. His enthusiasm for both his professional and personal interests makes him a great addition to our team.

Sales Associate - Leo

Leo is our newest Sales Associate, having joined the team in September 2024 after completing his Active Duty service with the Air Force. With a strong passion for the firearms industry, Leo brings enthusiasm and expertise to his role, always greeting customers with a smile.

In addition to his work, Leo enjoys competitive shooting and spending quality time with his family. He also dedicates his time to volunteering at his church, embodying a spirit of community and service. We’re excited to have Leo as part of our team!

Sales Associate - Golf

Golf has been with us since January 2022, bringing a passion for crafting custom ARs and handguns. His expertise in building unique firearms allows him to create personalized solutions for our clients.

Outside of work, Golf is a dedicated car and motorcycle enthusiast, always eager to explore new models and share his knowledge. His blend of craftsmanship and enthusiasm adds a dynamic flair to our team.

Inventory Manager - Daniel

Daniel has been with us since May 2023, primarily working behind the scenes to log new inventory and process online orders. His attention to detail ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

A proud Marine veteran, Daniel brings a disciplined approach to his work. When he’s not at the range, he enjoys camping and traveling, seeking new adventures and experiences. His commitment and passion make him a valuable part of our team.

Office Manager - Raquel

Raquel has been with the team since December 2022, working diligently behind the scenes to manage paperwork and ensure ATF compliance. Her meticulous attention to detail helps keep our operations running smoothly.

Raquel's firearm of choice is her Sig Sauer P365 Rose, reflecting her commitment to both quality and style. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog, Twix, cherishing moments of joy and companionship. Raquel’s dedication and warm personality make her an integral part of our team!
